  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packaged after your purchase is confirmed. This processing time does not include the actual shipping time mentioned above.
  • We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Every 30 days thereafter we will send you a new Flex Pain Relief Topical Cream for the recurring price until you cancel.
